Casual, comfortable ; it was me, the hiring manager (service/branch manager) and another employee. There wasn’t any difficult high pressure questions or any of the standard traditional interview questions that we have prepared answers for. It was basically a free flowing conversation where we got acquainted. Very positive and welcoming

Entretien
The process was odd because the manager asked to see me the next day after viewing my resume. I immediatly followed up with my availability and didn't hear back from him until 1 pm where the only communication was an email asking "does 4pm work?" I said yes and asked where. I got no answer from him. 3:35 comes around and still no answer. I assume he just meant a phone Interview. I was wrong. He emailed me at 3:38 asking me to drive somewhere that's a half hour from my home, much less the area of town I was in. I politely emailed him letting him know I wasn't in a part of town where I could get to him quick enough. He replied this the next day. "Not sure why you would leave town with an interview time set up. I was working while I was there so I wasnt able to get back to you right away. Sorry to have inconvenienced you. "
