I applied online through indeed.com. I did an over the phone interview where the interviewer asked general questions about my work experience, skills and educational background. Next she set up an in person interview for the following week. I arrived early and there were two other applicants there. We were in sat in a room together where were given paper applications to fill out. The hr manager and the lead of the call center spoke to us about the company and the position that we applied for. Afterwards, we shadowed a current employee for about 15 minutes, then brought back in one by one to interview. They asked some of the same questions as the phone interview, The questions weren't hard.
