Interview has 3 rounds, first round is with recruiter and second round is a technical interview with the director and final round is with HR. Second round is tough, as they were testing my project management skills and experience

First round with the Hiring Manager and his team. There was no structure or relevant questions. Another interview in the call asked a guesstimate in the last 5mins of the interview. Second round with VP and CEO. Again generic questions about my work experience and what I want to do next. Third and the final round with 2 Product Directors. Same questions about my work experience and why I want to join. The interview ended with them describing their teams and asking me which team would I want to join (none of this was in JD btw). I felt quite positive after the call. I got rejection after 2 days with no details or feedback. HR has left my message on 'seen'.
