Initial interview was a remote interview completed on your own time. Questions were broad, more related to you as a person. Second interview was a live interview that built upon the questions in the remote interview.
It wasn’t the toughest. Just basic questions about why I chose this company and why I chose my degree. If I were the CEO of an O&G company, what would I do to mitigate environmental issues

Video interview before going to second stage. The length of answers varied by the question. More behavioural based than technical. Just more nervous being recorded and you only get 2 tries.
