The interview process was straight forward, and done over Skype (kind of neat). I heard about that this company was hiring lead generators from my boyfriend, so I decided to call them. I did not get through by phone, so I decided to email. About a week later I received a thank you from them and an application form. They asked for me to fill it out and send it back with my resume (again) :( , so I did. I was contacted the following day for a video interview over Skype, had to download it. The lady was very serious and straight forward, she asked me almost 50 or more questions, it was a little overwhelming. At the end of the interview I was feeling pretty relieved, as I was told that I did just fine and they would be in touch later that week. Long story short they hired me for the postilion because I have quite a bit experience in cold calling. The best thing about my job is I am able to do it from the comfort of my home, they send me fresh leads weekly and I just have to secure the lead.
