There are 4 sets of interview. The initial interview with HR and then two phone screening interviews with the hiring manager and member of the hiring team. If that goes well you are invited for an on-site interview. The interviews are fairly straightforward.

Was contacted in Dec for a phone interview. This was actually for a Stack position which was taken over by Credit Sesame. After the phone screen an interview was scheduled with the hiring manager and a virtual meet with employees. Most of the managers and employees (at Stack) seemed to be hired in the past from a "clique" as many have a degree and experience completely different from their current position. Very unprofessional interview and candidates were not contacted regarding the outcome of the interview for even the top candidates. The impression is that the company is not profitable and managers are hiring friends and family or acquaintances even if they are not qualified.
