From beginning to end, the recruiter, managers, and HR were very kind and helpful. The questions seemed well thought out and the entire team seemed to know exactly what they were looking for. Questions from me, as a candidate, were answered thoughtfully as well. The recruiter provided me with details and insight through each phase making me feel much more relaxed going into each interview. I also like that the initial couple meetings were without video. The focus was solely on the interview and whether or not we would be a good fit for each other. Now that I am here, I see more and more how the company culture and beliefs are woven into each part of their processes.
