One phone call from maybe an HR person didn't know much about the job. Then a phone interview with IT person from New York. He seemed more to be looking for someone much more advanced than Help Desk. Majority of questions were for a more advanced position than a help desk. Their job description and interview seemed to be for 2 different jobs. The questions were more geared toward a Sr. Network Admin but the pay scale was definitely for Help Desk. I think they are just looking for someone highly skilled at dirt cheap pay.
