I interviewed for the RFP Lead position and was severely let down by the recruiter, hiring manager and CEE. I had an initial call with the recruiter which went v.well and proceeded easily to the next round where I had to review a mock RFP and outline the steps I would take. I spent a lot of time creating bespoke project plan documents and walked the hiring manager through the steps and the products I believe would be suitable although she spent more time focusing on if I knew every product they have ever offered which seemed not relevant but nevertheless, I progressed to the final round with the Senior board member which was scheduled at 10pm CET and he was 10 minutes late and appeared non interested. Despite this, I felt I could have made a positive impact and the recruiter kept me hanging and constantly told me they were just finalising details for the offer and to wait a little bit longer. It was only when I sent an update request that she told me they have decided to go for someone else and wouldn't offer any feedback. A monumental waste of time and effort and I will be recommending anyone in my network to give this "company" a wide berth.
