I applied online. Submitted a video about why them and why me basically. Got a phone call from HR asking me about my strengths. She said that she would get back to me, after showing the seniors my application.

Very detailed but structured - trying to understand my application of theory learnt and how it relates to the business world. Also wanted me to correlate my uni experience with how I can use it to add value to the firm.
