I’m sharing my experience because I believe companies should strive for better practices during the hiring process. After interviewing for this position, I was told to expect feedback within a couple of days regarding the next steps. Unfortunately, I never received a follow-up. This lack of communication felt unprofessional and disappointing. Candidates invest time and effort into interviews, and timely responses show respect for that commitment. While I eventually found a better opportunity, I hope this feedback encourages more thoughtful candidate engagement in the future.
