Got an email a week after I applied from the assistant sales manager to schedule a 30 min phone interview. After that I was scheduled an in person interview with the general manager.

Walk in group interview, conducted in store. Kinda awkward, there were at least 5 other people in the group. Everyone tried to get a word in and tried to one up each other.

They asked pretty general questions, customer service related and why we were interested in retail
Super quick, easy and chill. The interviewer was a bit late, but once we got started, they were very quick to ask questions. The interview took place on a couch in front of the store.

I found the interview process to be friendly & conversational and human resources asked pertinent questions related to past experience. The interview is a good opportunity to show your personality
