I applied on the 24th and got asked to come in for an interview on the 25th. I came in for the interview on the 29th and only waited a few minutes until the manager was done interviewing somebody else. Once the manager got to me I was just asked very simple questions such as transportation, how long I plan to stay, and if I've dined at Cracker Barrel before that felt more like a conversation than an interview. Once we were done he got another manager to come give me my 2nd interview which was only asking questions about availability. Just a minute or two into the 2nd interview the manager asked why I applied as a hostess and not a server and then got offered to be a server instead. It was very easy going and relaxed. The first manager that interviewed then came back and explained to me the wage, dress code, and the process to go through orientation. I was there for about an hour but a lot of it was waiting for each manager to come to me since they were busy.

The interview process was quick and easy the manager explained everything in detail before I started training. After I was hired the manager checked to make sure I had everything down and that I was ready to work.
