      Entretien

I filled out an application online and got an email to call ban interview. I went in for my interview and everyone who worked there was extremely nice, though not quite helpful. My first interview only took about 5 minutes. The guy was very nice and easygoing. He first asked me to tell him about myself. Then his questions were, "Why do you want to work here? Describe a conflict you had at work and how you dealt with it. Who was your favorite manager and why? Who was your worst manager and why? What was your hardest day at work and how did you deal with it? Have you ever had a conflict with a coworker and how did you deal with it?" Very quick, just look up common interview questions and prepare your answers and you'll be fine. He told me he'd try to get my second interview out of the way and went to get the general manager. I waited for an hour looking around like an idiot. Ten people came up to me and said they'd get someone and be right back. Finally someone came and interviewed me for about 3 minutes, same questions. She was kind of offputting and odd. Kept staring at me long after I finished a question. Then I was told to come back for a 3rd interview. I went back when they asked, waited 20 minutes, then was told that they made a mistake and to come back the next day. Waited 15 minutes for the interview the next day and the actual interview took 5 minutes, all the same questions as before. They said thank you and that they'd check my references and call me back. Oops, guess I shouldn't have lied on my resume. Haven't gotten a call back in a week and a half so I guess they do actually check your information unlike most other places. The people who eat there are all fat and disgusting and you have to wear your hair up if you're a girl, so I don't count it as a loss. Practice most common interview questions and don't lie on your application and you'll be fine.

Quick conversation about my experience - I had none. Ended abruptly when the manager needed to return to the kitchen. I got a call roughly two weeks later. I would not work there again.

Very nice manager who interviewed me and he asked questions that were reasonable for the position I was trying to obtain. I did not end up working at that establishment, but it left a good taste in my mouth.
