This was one of the most bizarre interviews I have ever experienced. I had already completed a phone interview and went in for my in person interview. I waited for my interviewer at a dining table for over 20 minutes. During which time, multiple servers mistook me for a customer, despite my business attire. The interview itself was decent. I do not think the interviewer was the most prepared nor did he seem to have much experience, but it was alright. To end the process, he told me he would go to the back to grab some paperwork. When he returned, 15 minutes later, he was paperless. He apologized and told me that there must've been a mistake and that there actually was no job opening. All of this to say, it was very disappointing to have wasted so much time. He assured me that I would be contacted first if anything opened up.
