J'ai postulé en personne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Cracker Barrel (Madison, AL)

My interview the first time was horrendous with little focus on experience and the only bad point I may not be able to climb an 8 ft ladder carrying 20+ lbs. The 2nd one after he left got the job immediatly.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Want to know experience, are you a people person, what would you in such a situation, etc. Nothing out of the ordinary as far as questions go. You did get to tell what your past work history was, which they also included both volunteer work and paid jobs. It was very easy and the 3 that I spoke with on that day couldn't understand why I wasn't hired back then!

I applied online Tuesday and the next day I got an email to call and schedule an interview. I called and a manager asked me some basic questions on the phone about availability and my degree. I interviewed on Friday with a different manager. The hostess seated me and offered me a drink. The manager was kinda unprofessional. He sat slouched down in the chair and leaned all over the chair beside him the whole time. Their application system was "down" and he couldn't pull up my application so the guy didn't even know my name, what I applied for, or anything! So initially he asked about my background and what I applied for, how many hours and preferred pay. We talked about my degree, my availability, etc. I was so nervous because I hadn't had a job outside of my college campus but there was no need to be nervous. He only asked like 3 questions.. He said he would set up an interview with the retail manager once the system was up and he could see my application but I never heard anything back and it's been like a week. I have a feeling that they filtered me out, but that's okay because I had another interview the next day and was offered a job on the spot :)
