So you go to the host counter and they bring you to a table, in the restaurant, and wait for the interviewer. We talked for a little he asked where I went to school, what grade was I in, if I drive, where I live and who lives with me, basic interview questions. He asked for my age last and sent me away because I’m not 18 yet. But it was good and easy. It was hard to hear because there was restaurant noise around us.

The interview was easy. They know most of these servers are just starting out. But they want you to know how to upsell, and how to work in a fast pace environment.

It went pretty well, just asked the norm, such as tell me a little about yourself and why do you want to work here. Just asked simple questions and told me I had the job and what day to come in next. I applied to be a server and they told me I would get 25 hours a week, but they ended up making me a to-go specialist and I’m getting like 6 hours a week. I also didn’t get scheduled for a month after my interview but I’m working a bit now.

Question 1
Give me a situation with a difficult customer and how you handled it
Very easy, seems like they were looking for a pulse. Mine was done at the checkerboard in the dining room. not a difficult job, so not a difficult interview. I don't remember any specific questions
