I interviewed with the DM which was a 2 hrs interview. Wks later I interviewed with a corperate person and took a test. They did a background check on me. I took a drug test. A few wks later I got a phone call from the DM.

easygoing friendly, nice wlcoming good people, fair and polite on time not rude super nice and generous and accomadating in the store during the interview, I would reapply and do it again anytimes of the week and year

Multiple interviews with human resources and district manager as well. Phone interview to start as process goes forward talk with HR and restaurant district manager, dress sharp and be at least fifteen minutes early.

One informal interview to gauge whether I was a viable candidate. Then a batrus test to test my competency. Then a formal interview to finalize whether I had what they were really looming for.
