Entretien
Applied online through an employee referral. Got emailed for a phone interview the next day. Phone interview was just to gauge your interest and go over your resume. Was emailed back 3-4 day later to schedule an in person interview. The in person interview entails first going over your resume again (so it’ll be good to know how to expound on all your skills and experiences) then you have a tour of the floor and you get to shadow a current rep. Pay attention to this part because after that the recruiter is gonna ask you what you got out of it. She went over a couple more questions before telling me she’d get back to me in a couple days. I received an offer the next day and accepted it. All in all the recruiters and everyone there are really nice and easy going. Just try to communicate well and fit in with the culture.
Overall it was a good experience. It was only one interview (besides phone screening). It was Not a drawn out process that wasted my time. It was a standard zoom interview.

A very conversational interview. Expected to know basic interview questions as well as what the purpose if a 3pl is. As long as you can hold a conversation and talk about you self in a good light you will be fine!
the interview was pretty straight forward. had a phone interview that then went to an on campus interview and then had an inperson interview at the office. 2-3 weeks was the process
