Had list of standard recruiting questions. Asked why I was interested in this position. Asked me questions regarding the project management life cycle, which phases were the most important and why. Asked me about the culture of the business, and what I thought about it. Asked me to summarize my background, and tell them why I would be a good fit for the position.

1. Spoke to Company Recruiter. 2. Spoke to Hiring Manager about role, and discussed my past experience. 3. Had a panel interview with 3 Managers. Had general questions, and was to answer using the STAR format. 4. Meet with 2 Senior Leaders (one being VP).
They asked me why I wanted to work there. It seemed simple, but it really tested how well I understood the company’s values, mission, and how my goals aligned with theirs.

Panel interview - you will be interviewed by a panel of the team you will be working with then the final interview with be with the VP of Marketing. The questions are specific to the role you will be holding and they are across the board. Specific technical questions, situational question. I went 3 rounds.
