the interview questions were easy and I answered them well. I work in the communications field. have alot of experience with software and hardware. also an electronics and sales background as well as customer support and service through the phone and online.
I have about 5plush years of experience. was told we would move forward from the interview process and I would hear from someone in a week.
I get an email in the middle of the interview saying I was denied. This was my 3rd interview with cox communications and felt a bit down during the interview.
How could you deny someone so quickly and tell them heartlessly that you are moving forward with the process? so wrong.
Good experience overall. Reviewed the advertisement for the job which was thorough and explained the prequalifications and benefits. Answered questions to determine if it was a good fit for me personally. Decided not to move forward at the end of the day.

Yes the interview was Very easy , 2 part interview . If you have customer service history or either retail. Sales experience is a plus also , STAR style interview
