STAR Format interview via zoom. Behavioral questions looking for specific examples that fit the questions. It is a panel format and they alternate questions. It is scheduled for an hour usually with a hard stop.

I applied online first, a week later I received an over the phone interview before the in person interview. There were 3 individuals asking questions and taking notes. It went smoothly but it was a little overwhelming with 3 people.
