They inquired about budgets, projects/programs, and business that I managed at previous companies. Also, the inquired about my leadership style and ability to deliver results in stressful sittuations.

1. Spoke to Company Recruiter. 2. Spoke to Hiring Manager about role, and discussed my past experience. 3. Had a panel interview with 3 Managers. Had general questions, and was to answer using the STAR format. 4. Meet with 2 Senior Leaders (one being VP).
They asked me why I wanted to work there. It seemed simple, but it really tested how well I understood the company’s values, mission, and how my goals aligned with theirs.

The questions are specific to the role you will be holding and they are across the board. Specific technical questions, situational question. I went 3 rounds.
