Easy and friendly interview process. Had my phone interview followed by a 1:1 interview 2 weeks later and a simulation test. Two days later I was offered the position.

One interview and they used the STAR method. It was quick and straightforward. The process took about two weeks. A background and drug test is required. The training was about six weeks.

Entretien
All star questions and a lot of examples. Look up STAR format questions and you can’t go wrong. Also need sales example and how you would pitch a product to customer.

Give an example of when you went above and beyond for a customer
The interview process was great and non stressful. Very relaxed environment as well. The person doing the interview did an amazing job asking questions and even had me role play taking a phone call. Well done.
