First there is a over the phone interview with the recruiter. If you move on then an in person interview with one or two managers. You must also pass background and drug test if you are selected

Super straight forward interview and process. Asked questions about previous work history, why Cox? and they answer any other questions you might have about the job. It was honestly a great conversation just be prepared to talk about work history and previously meeting sales goals.

Whole process took little over two weeks, was a job fair they hosted so had first and second interview there. Pretty standard questions, ask about your work experience, why your a good fit for the position, any sales experience you have.
