STAR questions. Unable to answer intelligently to what seems like a kids sitting around the speaker phone. These questions are too generic and you can miss so many good applicants by using this system.

Interview was quick, about 5 or 6 questions were asked. After initial interview, I was given the chance to interview with a Manager. They asked a few questions and went over how the call center operates. Overall good experience.

Uses the S.T.A.R method. Be personable, give details the questions given. Don't over complicate your thinking and answers. Best to youtube about this type of interview process beforehand. Other than that, just breath and be confident.

Challenging in the end. Phone call call was a breeze. Video interview wasn’t accepted first round. Reapplied . Offered the job second time. They advised that never happens. So don’t get your hopes up if you’ve already been turned down.
