Average, online application and resume upload. Brief interview by recruiter, then personal interview with hiring manager. Questions were not difficult but sensed there was a high turnover with sales reps. The landscape of this market has changed due to internet TV and NetFlix, etc. and other players offering high speed internet access for businesses. The focus was more on getting new customers versus retaining clients.

Entretien
Interview was not what I was expecting. I was told to utilize the STAR method but none of the questions were asked in a way to use the method instead were closed yes/no questions.

Initial screening interview was by phone by HR in another state. Interviewer could not answer any questions regarding the position other than what was written in the JD, even though she asked if I had any questions.

The majority of the interview was one behavioral interview question after the other. Rapid fire questions one after the other. There was no questions regarding the context and no follow up on your answers.
