The interview process was easy but long I had 4 interviews I had two phone interviews a one on one and also a group interview,the supervisors were very nice so they were comfortable to be around

How could I be a good candidate for cox?
Name a experience where I had to deal with a difficult customer and how did I handle it?
Very communicative through the whole process. Easy to follow instructions after being hired. Better than other interview processes I have gone through. Would recommend! Was hired and currently on 4th month of employment.
32 supervisors interviewed 35 candidates each and in the end, 34 individuals were hired on for that position. They definitely make sure you know what you're talking about and doing! Don't waste your time if you're not who you say you are and meeting at least the minimum requirements for that said applied position!
