The process was long and included many rounds of interviews. Then there was a case study to complete as well as present back to basically everyone that I interviewed with. After the case study presentation, they went dark for a week and I finally heard back from an automated email that they went another direction. After spending over 10 hours interviewing and doing the case study they didn't even have the decency to have an actual person call, let alone email, to let me know.
