Gave a design problem before the first interview and requested a solution recommendation.
Had three rounds (with hiring manager, tech panel and then hiring manager's manager). It was a video interview.
Most of the folks were standing and I was relaxed and sitting.
Their tech panel did not ask any technical question (surprise) but overall I got rejected with a feedback that I may not be ready for their startup like environment.
I wonder they like people to standup and pretend to be fast and mobile.

Question 1
No technical question came from the tech panel. I doubt whether they had handson technical skills. Perhaps they were not prepared to interview, perhaps due to their busy work.
