I had four separate interviews consisting of a combination of phone and video interviews. Everything seemed to go well and told I would hear back the following week, but never did from anyone I interviewed with or HR. Followed back the week after and still didn't hear anything. It's disrespectful and doesn't make Cox look great when it ghosts candidates after they have spent 4-5 hours interviewing. Highly unprofessional.
