Scattered, delayed, non professional . Was offered. Job and start date was giving. I then was called back 3 days later before start date and told by owner that he didn't know what he was doing but needed a service manager but needed other things as well , resended the offer and job

Asked about history but didn't put it together with current practices. I believe I was a top candidate and should have gotten job. Owner is scattered on His thoughts and very unprofessional .
