I was called by a recruiter about 2-3 weeks after I applied online, the recruiter was very nice and personable and asked me some simple questions. As we talked more I told her that I have a degree in finance and she mentioned the dedicated billing specialist position to me. I agreed that that would be a good fit so she sent my information over the the manager in that department and they agreed to bring me in for an in person interview.

Recruiter called to basically go over my resume and asked basic questions about my work history, why I wanted to leave my current employer & my education since I'm still pursuing my B.S. I had to apply for the same potion 2 times over a month to get to this point only to find out that they pay way below industry standards. I knew I would be taking a paycut from my current position but WOW was it a huge cut if I proceeded here.
