I have been having discussions with Coverent for 2 years now, both with Ryan, a recruiter, and a PM that works in the same building that I currently work. Both gentlemen have been very helpful and patient in answering my questions and the entire process. Unfortunately for me, I would have to take a colossal pay cut and my wife would not be happy at this stage. I’d like to think that at some point this would change. Coverent would be my absolute first choice. Trust me when I say that the fact that I can’t take this job has been awful, not only because it is my dream job in my dream organization, but also because I don’t work for Coverent (yet). I did a lot of research along the way, and from what I read, Coverent seems like a great company to work for.
