Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Coverall en oct. 2010

I was contacted by Coverall. At first I brushed them off but I was under employed so I said what the heck. I did a phone interview. Passed with flying colors. A bunch of questions about sales and me. Then I had a face-to-face interview within a week. This was very easy too. It was with the regional director who didn't have sales experience. Most RD's don't. (Not sure how they are supposed to manage the sales team). Sent a thank you email. Was moved forward in the proccess to have a call with the regional vice president. Passed this and had an offer in a week or two. The HR team botched my background check and that put a delay in the offer proccess. They thought I didn't have a liscense.
I have seen and been told that others have had to go through up to 12 interviews. I have practiced and been on MANY interviews, not sure if these helped me in the procces.

I met with Coverall at a recruiting sales convention. They looked over my resume and asked me a few questions about my work experience. I am a fresh college graduate so I didn't exactly have the sales experience needed but had work experience in school related activities and other jobs. During the interview process I was set up with 2 recruiters who asked me some base line questions such as "What interest you in sales" or "Why would you like to work for Coverall"? Very nice people just trying to get an honest feel of if I would be a good fit with their company.

Straight Forward interview with management. Must first be screened by an inside recruiter, then a face-to-face interview with the Sales Manager, and after that a phone interview with the VP of Sales. Very fair and typical sales interview process. Want to know that you understand selling, that you're HIGHLY motivated, and that you have excellent people skills.
