Applied for position, had an over the phone interview (about 30 minutes), was asked to do a weird communication preference test and Wonderlic. I am guessing I didn’t do well, because several months later, no word what-so-ever. Standard interview questions, nothing original there.

The interviewers felt like peers and were very welcoming. They made every attempt to set me up for success. It made the process less stressful. Just be prepared and you will do great!

Great questions from the interviewer it was a nice process that I enjoyed a lot. Straight forward interview. Overall a good experience. Nothing to be worried about. It is a great company to work for.

You have a phone interview, and then move onto a typical interview with a manager who asks the basic interview questions, if you do well you move onto a project day. You are give time to study and then you do a mock call to get a feel for what the AC role entails
