There is a math, vocab, and personality test. Then I interviewed with vice president and assistant vice president of the team. I also had a conversation with the head of employee resources, but it was more informational than an actual interview.

Lots of testing for this position, including spelling, grammar, personality test, which seems excessive for what the role is. Then meet with manager to discuss the role and what you would be doing. Then a formal offer is made, which you can accept or decline.
