The process began with a call from the owner of the business and Board Director at Cove Cay. I was at a training event and was unable to take the initial call. I called back at the lunch break and spoke for approximately 20 minutes with the owner. An appointment was set up as a result of the interview. I arrived early for the interview two days later. I was way over dressed for the interview but was comfortable in my coat and tie, so I wore it anyway. We talked for at least 30 minutes and I was told there were several others he was interviewing and that I should call him back later in the day. When I did I was offered a job to start as soon as possible.
