J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Coursera (New Delhi)
Entretien
I had asked to build a UI component. I had built almost all criteria correctly barring the very last step in a time bound exercise. But the problem is interviewer was looking for correctness of solution instead of approach. This wasn't communicated in the interview but during the feedback. Surprised that something like this is an evaluation criteria. The interviewer had a solution in mind and stuck to his own bias. The interviewer didn't know things that were part of my approach.
