I was contacted about a week after applying online for a phone screen, at which point I had another phone screen scheduled for that same week and an onsite interview the following week. I also had a homework assignment to complete before my onsite interview, which was a lot of fun and gave me a better sense of what they were looking for my in my role. The day of my onsite interview went very smoothly - I was very clear on where I needed to be and when. The questions were thoughtful and gave me good insight into what the team was looking for in my role. I was also made to feel extremely welcome there which made me very excited not just for the role but to be a part of the company's community. After my interviews, the HR representative very clearly explained next steps, and stayed in contact with me over the course of the next week before I received an offer. There was total transparency and I never felt unsure of the status of my application. Overall this was one of the best interview experiences I've ever had, and I highly recommend!
