There is an initial phone screening process where the applicant will receive a call and answer some basic questions about themselves and their availability. Then the in-person interview involves a 30-minute formal interview with the head hiring manager and another 30-minute peer interview where you are interviewed by two employees of a similar or higher position.

Took about 1 week. I applied online and received interview placement call 3 days later. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Heard back the morning after the interview with a job offer.
