I arrived at the time I had been given by a company employee and politely informed the two staff members at the front that I was there for an interview. Instead of acknowledging this professionally, they looked at each other, laughed, and one said, ‘You were meant to be here earlier’ - which was not true. This response felt unprofessional and dismissive, especially considering how stressful interviews can already be. It left a poor impression of the company and the respect shown to candidates. Although one of them eventually agreed to proceed with the interview, I left feeling that this was not the kind of environment I would feel comfortable working in.

When I applied for a position at Cosy Club Stamford, I was surprised at house easy going the process was. I had previously experience quite stuffy and uptight interviews and it was nice to be welcomed into the team as quickly as I was.
