Easy and friendly, took around 30 minutes and discussed availability and previous experience in the sector. Then discussed hourly pay and shift pattern, plus upcoming holidays. Manager was chill and put candidates at ease

Terrible interview structure and the mangers had no idea what they were doing. Questions weren’t necessary to the job interviewing for. Told them that it was a barista job and they told me that they were looking for a supervisor but the job was barista because they didn’t want to oay

Interview day. Was invited to a group interview and had an informal chat with member of staff and was asked to make a drink using coffee machine and how you would deal with allergies.
