The process consisted of an interview with the team leader where we discussed my previous experience managing paid media campaigns, performance optimization and client communication. The second stage was a technical interview and the 3rd interview was with the Managing Director.

They were not professional during my interview. A headhunter contacted me for this job but when I went to the interview they told me I don't have the experience for this job and offered me to do an interview for a seo job, I declined.
