The hiring process is pretty simple/straight forward. Starts with a phone interview finding about your personality, interest and knowledge of the field. Following this I got invited in for a face-to-face interview - this included a presentation of a specific sector, and how you'd deal with building a recruitment desk. Again asks questions about yourself, experience and knowledge of the area.
