It was an easy enough process, I wouldn't say it's anything out of this world. I had an initial chat with HR, then 1st stage with hiring manager, then 2nd stage with hiring manager and a peer. The problem is that after the 2nd stage they completely ghosted me. It's fair if they don't want to hire me, I bet there are better people out there. But please, contact your candidates to tell them they haven't been selected. And if candidates email you asking, reply back! It's so rude not to. Childish behaviour to hide behind the internet.
