Very unstructured, unprofessional, not in line with the job description.
I was asked to attend the same interview twice. It should be giving me the signal of unprofessionalism run behind, but you always want to believe better. As well I was asked to come in before the actual jobs starts just for nothing. No ideas why they were requiring, not proper introduction. But the expectation to do the job instead of them and even better with all the bonuses to them.

Talked to recruiter for a traditional screen and then two more video interviews / rounds. Interview with Hiring Manger had an additional manager present and then final with HM boss.

What skills do you currently possess that would assist in the completion of the current challenges/goals of the position ?
The interview was very comfortable and informal, mostly a test for behavioral fit. It ended up being a great team and great experience. Interview didn't last more than 30 minutes.

Entretien
I was interviewed by 4 or 5 different people individually when I went in. All of the interviewers were pleasant, except one guy was checking his phone most of the time during our interview which was rude and a big turn off. Be prepared for small case studies and brain teasers from some of the interviewers.
HR was great about setting me up and helping me through the process. They got back to me quickly after the interview with my offer.
