I went through two interview phases, online and physical. The online meeting was rescheduled twice due to people on the interview panel not being available at the set time. Only two out of four panel members showed up for the interview. I was invited for the second round, the interview was face-to-face and 30 minutes long. It was the same panel and I was told that there was nothing I should prepare. I chose to withdraw my application and didn't attend the interview.
