A pleasant phone call followed by an unpleasant and impersonal recorded interview. There was little background to the interview and little feedback. Negative experience overall for this second round with the recorded interview that I had to expend my own time to do but was not required by the organization. It shows a focus on employee time being more valuable than company time.
