I was first contacted by the recruiter. 10 days later I was on the phone with the senior manager. I'm still awaiting a response from them. But the process in general was smooth and easy. And all the people I spoke with so far are friendly and understanding.

There are 3 interviews. Everyone you speak to is very friendly! The first is with a hiring manager, second with a member of the team, however, I did not have a third interview.
